Black Sesame Walnut Basque Cheesecake

Ingredients

  •  300g cream cheese
  •  30g sugar
  •  3 eggs
  •  45g Valley Walnut Black Sesame Walnut Butter
  •  25g black sesame powder
  •  150g heavy cream
  •  15g cornstarch
  •  30g Valley Walnut Classic Walnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Cream together the cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in 3 eggs and mix together

  2. Add in the black sesame walnut butter and black sesame powder and mix. Pour in the heavy cream, sift in the cornstarch, and mix until well-combined

  3. Pour the mixture into a 6-inch cake pan lined with parchment paper. Top with the walnut pieces before baking for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temp. Chill overnight before serving.
